Sashiko issues
 

I’ve had a Sashiko machine for a couple of years. I love the look, but very often I have issues with it snagging the fabric. I have put in new needles and latch wires, but the snagging continues. The store where it was purchased is not sure why this is happening. Anyone else having this issue?
