August 2025 Secret Pal Swap Sign-ups - closes August 3rd
 

Dear fellow quilters. Due to a medical emergency in Kathy's family, she asked me to take over for the month of August. Here is how you can help her. Please send your sign up to me, annaquilts. Since I normally do not coordinate the swap, I do not know who send to whom last month. When you sign up, please also let me know, who you had last month. Welcome to the Monthly Secret Pal Swap!

We’re so excited to have you join this fun and creative exchange. Each month, we come together to spread joy, connect with fellow members, and share our love for quilting and sewing. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this special program:
How It Works
Monthly Participation: You can join the swap each month based on your schedule and interest.
New Partner Each Month: Every month, you’ll be paired with a different Secret Pal, keeping things fresh and exciting. I will PM partner by the end of July 2.
Commitment is Key: Please only sign up if you’re confident you can fulfill the obligation. Missing a swap may result in exclusion from future swaps.
Please keep the package cost around $20, not including stash items or shipping.
Sending Your Package
Mail Deadline: All packages should be mailed by July 21.
Thoughtful Gifts: Use your creativity to assemble a thoughtful package your Secret Pal will love! You can include items from your stash as long as they are like-new and in good condition.
Package Quality: Avoid sending items that are worn, damaged, or unsuitable for use. Let’s keep the swap enjoyable for everyone.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your package is mailed, send a private message to Hav4boys with your shipping details to help us track the process.
International Shipping
Mail Early: For international participants, mail your package by July 10 to ensure it arrives on time.
Customs Tips: Mark your package as a “Gift” on the Customs Declaration with a value of $10 to avoid extra charges for your recipient.
Communication
Receiving Packages: When you receive your package, send a private message to your Secret Pal to let them know. A quick thank-you message goes a long way!
Share the Joy: Please share photos of your received items in the group. It’s always wonderful to see creativity and care in each swap.

Deadline: Sign-ups close on June 30.

Thank you Anna. My husband has a mass on his pituitary gland that is causing havoc. Hoping some medication will solve the problem but we have to wait on a dedicated Seller's MRI. Waiting is horrible.

Kathy I am so sorry that your Husband is unwell. Hopefully the wait will be short and treatment can begin. It is very quiet on here.

My package is on its way. I also heard from another member that her package went out. Woohoo!

Nice to hear from you m-fay. I hope today it is a nice day for you too. We went to a friend's birthday party yesterday. There was a pool and after it got dark a movie outside. this summer has not been too hot, and I am loving it.

Received my package!
 

Received my package on Saturday from Annaquilts. My dog, Jack, immediately became obsessed with the stuffed toy he received! I had trouble getting it back to take a picture! I also received fabrics, a crocheted bag (great for shopping), a pattern, a nice novel, hair elastics, and the much-loved toy
