I usually FMQ my own quilts, but once sent out to a longarmer I found on the web. Not sure if I’m allowed to post the name of the company here.
I mailed in the quilt top and a pieced backing. They provided the batting, the thread, and the return postage. I opted to bind it myself, but they offered that service too for an extra cost. It was back in about two weeks, and I was happy with the quality. |
I use a longarmer that I found on Instagram. His work is wonderful and he will try to work within your time frame. He usually takes around 4 weeks. All you need to do is send your top and backing. He will provide batting (at a cost) and if you wish he will bind your quilt too (when you send it already made) His website is quiltingbydavid.com

Peggy's Quilting is on Facebook but I actually found her on eBay quite awhile ago. Her prices are very good. She provides 80/20 batting in her price and turnaround is 2-4 weeks usually. All I do is send her the top, backing and 4 inches on each side. She's a wonderful person to do business with. She's in Kansas.
