Have been reading this for quite some time. I wanted to know if there is anyone out there in the Ventura county area in Calif that likes to quilt. I work full time and most of the people I meet that do quilt dont work. I enjoy looking at all the wonderful quilts on this site. The information that you all provide is awesome. Sometimes it is hard to get motivated so I log on and get creative..Thanks.

Welcome to the board from Camarillo!!! I love to quilt!! I work, though not full time. What city do you live in?
I have all kinds of quilting friends and several of us work outside the home. I am a member of the Camarillo Quilters Association. Last year I changes my work schedule around and now work 12-5 on Tuesdays. I can make it to some of the meetings but never the workshops on Wednesday. I am also the mentor mom at our church's MOPS so that priority is first before Guild meetings. |
