I have always loved quilts, but I have never sewed except for Home Ec class in High school 40 years ago. :)

Last summer I was reading the latest Elm Creek Quilters novel when I said to myself "This is it. I am going to learn to quilt"So I bought a sewing machine and a beginers quilt book and haven't looked back.

Welcome from Eastern Washington. I'm reading The Lost Quilter right now. No I didn't start at the beginning. I just ran across this one and now that I'm getting into it I found out it was number 14 or 15 in the series. It takes alot for a book to really grab me like that one has. Now I'm going to look for the rest. :thumbup:
