Within the last month or so I saw photos of a little girl's skirt made of jelly roll strips! The waist measurement was added to and sewn to make a waist band. Another band was enlarged by a few inches and added to the first. Then another band was enlarged by a few inches and added to that and bands were added until the skirt reached the right length.
The skirt looked like every little girl would twist around a few times to make it twirl around, too. I can't find it anywhere and have looked in Google and used the search funtion here, too. Have you seen this skirt? Help me find it, please. Jois |

I think the strips were sewn on separately in the one I saw. Each strip was a little longer than the last and that was what gave the skirt it's flair. Jois |
The one I thought I saw had the strips going around like a Broom handle skirt. And I think I saw it on the Quilting Board someplace. Jois |
