I know this is a quilting site, but I also know that lots of our quilters are getting or already own embroidery machines, as do I. I thought you might like to see some "artwork" I have done with my embroidery machine.
The first was a Christmas gift for my SIL who plays the piano. The second picture I have made three times. This one I have in my stairwell, and my boss has one hanging in the front office at work. It's fun to listen to people when they see it and then realize it was done with a sewing/embroidery machine.

The third is a picture of an Italian bistro I made for my BIL and his wife to remind them of their trip to Italy.

Hope you enjoy them. I sure do.

Sharon, I have two Brother machines, a ULT 2003 and an Innovis 4000D. I usually have one embroidering while I'm sewing/quilting on the other. I love them both. Brothers are so user friendly.

Each of the sections of all three designs fit in a 5x7 hoop (that is my favorite size to work with). The poinsettia was also a "window" design, but I took it into my software and worked with it so it could be stitched out as one design. It was still stitched in 5x7 sections, but came out as one large design. A lot more work, but with that design I didn't want the window panes.

Thanks for everyone's kind words. It's a lot of fun.
