Hello again. Last night we got one bound and posted pics. Tonight we got another bound and here are the pics of it. This one is for another baby in our SS class. These 2 babies were born a week apart, and my wife showed the quilt tops to the moms at their showers. It feels so good to be able to give them to the parents tomorrow at church!
The colors aren't really showing true here. The purple is an a bit more purple/less pink, and the lime green is a bit brighter. The turquoise and purple on the back are pretty true. We turned the back over and created binding from it like we did on the last one. My cousin from GA popped in unexpectedly tonight and showed us some good tips on binding, so the next one will be a "regular" binding. Thanks for looking. Very Nice! With gifts like these every new mom in your city will want to be in your SS class.

Gorgeous!!! I do the same way of binding on baby quilts. Or I use a single binding instead of double (French) binding. It makes the corners softer. IMO!
