Although I have been receiving the newsletter for some time I have finally joined. I love to read what is going on with other quilters and spend too much time doing this. I belong to two guilds and enjoy both. In one we have a girls day out which usally includes a luncheon along with either a quilt store stop or a class of some sort. My other group is much larger and has interesting classes, many circles and has a large quilt show every other year. Needed to find a way to keep out of my hubbies way and this sure works. Live on the space coast of florida near beaches and not too far from Kennedy Space Center. Will miss the shuttles going up. Hoping to get into the center for the last one as our Daughter works there.

Hi, when I was younger ( a child) my family would vacation in Cobden , Ontario Ca. About 9 years ago when we moved to fl and rented in Melbourne Beach Fl met a couple who lived in Coben. small wourld isn't.

I am from PalmBeachCounty,Spent my life on the shores of Lake Okeechobee in 2 little towns called Pahokee and CanalPoint. :lol: Been in GA. for 4 yrs..
