I was watching today a free video on the Sharon Schamber network on how to add a binding. She has a lot of steps and do it very carefully. I went to my sewing room and tried her technique with the glue and the ironing, and I must say is time consuming and slow, but worth every second. My bindings are not bad and I love doing it, but her technique was just perfect. I love the perfect mitered borders and how perfectly flat the quilt lays.

My hands were a sticky mess using this method. It was more time consuming for me than just folding and sewing.
