Go to Search, type in alphabet quilts and there are several that will pop up.

Depending on the size if you want appliques try google.. coloring pages

I used to have a book that had patterns for piecing each of the letters of the alphabet, will see if I can find it.

You can also check out counted cross stitch alphabet patterns and convert the squares of the grid to fabric pieces.
