I am working on this baby quilt for a DN. Some of the cutest Michael Miller Fabric of the kids. My dilemma, I dont know whether to stop with the blue border.......or if it needs something else. It felt so busy with the bandanna and the kids, I thought the blue would settle the eye. But it looks , well, not done. I have this great lasso fabric and was considering it, but didn't want to get the busy going again........please tell me what you think?

I love the lasso fabric as a border - it softens the look for a child. how about another small strip of the brown as the binding to finish it all off.

I really like the lasso border. I think it gives it that finished look.

I agree with 'ktbb' You use the darker brown for binding.

I also think the blue border would be "adequate" if you use a fairly wide binding (wider than 1/4 inch) in a tan or the lasso fabric.

I like it ended with the blue but the lasso fabric looks nice also.
