Hello,
I'll bet a Dollar, yes, I'm from Nevada, that there are not too many men on here. I am looking in to learn and enjoy quilting. I have only been quilting since last December. I have taken a couple of classes and made a couple of small quilts, table runner, and wall hanging. I joined the Local Quilting Club, Desert Quilters, and I am a member of ASG. It's like having a lot of grandmas, sisters, and aunts. The ladies are all so helpful. I am retired and enjoy the company of the gals, and do my best not to be a bother. If you are in the Las Vegas area, I look forward to meeting you at one event or another.
Mike

Welcome from Southeastern, PA! I'm a retired teacher & have relatives in your area. I even looked at purchasing a home in Henderson a few years ago.

Welcome! We have a few men quilters here and they do awesome work. Look forward to seeing yours.

I saw a LQS in Henderson featured in a quilt magazine recently. Don't remember the name of the shop but it caught my attention cause I have relatives in Henderson.

Hi, Welcome!
I, too, am here in Las Vegas! I haven't joined all those clubs, etc.
It will be awhile before I can, I'm going to school full-time to become a registered nurse . . . and I really should be studying instead of reading things here! LOL! :-)
