I have 3 young children living next door who have a great view of my sewing room. Earlier this summer they asked if I would make them something. I told them I would but they had to choose from my stash fabric. When they came over the 3 year old asked where my Buzz Lightyear fabric was because that's what he wanted! Of course I had none and he lost interest in the whole idea. The other 2 picked out some things they liked and I got ideas for color. Next time I was in JoAnn's I saw Buzz Lightyear and had to buy some. So now I am ready to give them their "back to school blankets". I used some stash and some new for all and I hope they love them as much as i enjoyed this project.
