I'm thinking of starting to read this series of books. What book should I start with?

LindaM 09-08-2010 05:46 PM

I'd start with the first one, progress through them as they were written. The character development will make more sense then! You'll love them :)

HI I read the 8 books of the series. Get the book called "An Elm Creek Quilts Sampler. This book is very thick. It has 723 pages. But, there are the 1st 3 books in the series in this 1 thick book. Then, get the book called "An Elm Creek Quilts Album" This is also another very thick book, but again, it has the novel 4, 5, & 6 in it.
those are the 1st 6 books of the series. I got my books from my local bookstore.

If you have anymore questions about this series, ask, I have 6 of the books also.

Wow. Quick response. Thanks. I'm reading them on kindle so I need to know the name of the first few books. They don't offer the collections.

I agree!!!

I think there are 12(?) books now!!! They are great, but get a little serious...Try Earlene Fowler for her Benny Harper books...They are quilt related and FUN!!

Enjoy!

You are the greatest. Thanks for the help.

You will love the Elm Creek books, I have read all of them and loved each one. I started to read the Earlene Fowler books but they don't hold my interest and I found them boring, maybe some day I'll try again.
