I just finished my largest quilt. It's 90" by 103". I followed the advice of Prism99 in the thread "How do you machine quilt a standard size bed quilt". She suggested that you divide the quilt in three sections and it worked. Without all that batting, it was easy to handle on my regular machine. That is why I love this board, so much helpful information.

Great job! Steelers was my team back when I was in high school. But I like the Saints and Texans now. lol

What a great quilt. I love it. Thanks for sharing.

If you take that to a football game, staple it to your body so it does not get legs. Great quilt. Beautiful quilting. I'm a former Pittsburgher, always a Steeler fan even out here in the West.
I"ve made several bed size (mostly double- king) quilts. The only I can quilt them is in sections, pureists may not approve but end result is a finished quilt. Love yours |
Beautiful job on both quilts :D:D:D

Great Steelers quilt! My DH is a steelers fan, he's from PA. I've been wanting to make him a steelers quilt for some time. My thought was to make a steelers logo to applique on a quilt, but after seeing your quilt I think I changed my mind.
