Choc/Cherry Cake - I like the one where you take a choc cake mix and add a can of Comstock cherry pie filling and mix it gently and pour into a prepared cone pan and bake usual 350 degrees for the usual 40 minutes, check with toothpick before taking out if it is gooie try five minute intervals until satisfied. Cool it, turn it out and, put some choc icing on it ! WOOOOOO weee ah LOVE THIS THANG!

It is a deep chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, made in a sheet pan so it is thinner than a regular sheet cake. You cook the frosting and pour it on while it is still hot. It sets up like regular frosting.

My family always asks for Mandarin Orange cake with pineapple coolwhip frosting. It stays in the refrigerator and stays so moist. They eat it up!
