Here are some pics of a large (94 x 118) double wedding ring quilt I just finished. The quilt top was my given to my cousin by her aunt and was hand-pieced. It had lots of fullness (at least a B cup!) in some of the pieces, so I had to do some strategic tucking. Because of this, I decided to do continuous curves in the rings and feathers in the centers. It was also very dirty when my cousin got it, so she washed the top (different types of fabric shrink at different rates). I used a double batting to help disguise some of the problems -- 100% cotton on bottom and 100% polyester on top. So Fine on top and Bottom Line on bottom. As long as you don't get the magnifying glass out, it looks ok. :-).
