Cute! What batting/inner layer did you use in the heat pad? I would like to make some but am afraid they would not be heat proof enough.

I just used a double layer of cotton batting. I guess I should not have labeled it a Hot Pad.

If you use cotton batting and Therma-lite (with a silver side) on the outside - there is NO WAY they won't be heat-proof enough!
