WOW!!! What a super friendly and informative site. Everyone here is so talented and creative. Even though I'm a grandmother of 2, I have just started sewing and quilting this year, and am really enjoying it. So far I have made a 'flag' quilt that I donated to operation CitizenSam, 2 quilts for the Grands and several lap, or half quilts, to give as gifts. After reading alot of your posts.... and I do mean ALOT... haha I got inspired to make some potholders and a table runner for my parents as a Christmas gift. The best part is that the Grands can help create some of the designs in felt then I just sew them right onto the squares. I will try to follow-up with some pics when it's all finished.
