Yep, i'm another newbie. I'm a teenager and have just, just begun quilting. I have always loved quilts and wanted to learn, so that's my project this year.

I'm an extremely creative and unique person, so quilting seemed like a great way to express myself. I also loved the idea of doing something that has been a part of american culture for so many years. Plus, when i retire, i gotta have something to do :P I have been sewing people/doll clothes for the past three years, so i have good basic knowledge of pattern reading and working a sewing machine

I haven't actually started yet, but i've got a beginner's book and i am about to jump headfirst into quilting
