Hi everyone! I live near to the convention center where the Mid-Atlantic Quilt show is held in Hampton, Virginia. This years show is Feb. 24-27th. I know lots of ladies travel quite a distance to attend this show every year. I'm just curious how many board members are planning on attending this year. It would be really neat to try to get a group together, if enough of us are all in the same place. Please post if you have any plans to try to attend the MAQF. TIA!!

where is it held at?

The Mid-Atlantic quilt Festival is now held at the Hampton convention Center every year. Originally they held it in Williamsburg, but they outgrew the space, YAY!!

My Thoughts are to be there if this hip back thing clears up!! I love going. My Dh took me a couple years ago and I thought he would be bored stiff but he was really amazed with all the quilts and as he calls it THE STUFF..

I plan to go but am not sure which day or days at this point...

I will probably not go until sat if I am able to go..

what state?

I'm going on Saturday. Last year I went Thursday and Friday and I'm not sure I saw it all. I'm in school Thursday and Friday this year so I'll have to make it Saturday. I have never seen such a variety of fabric. I took some pictures if you would like me to post. One of my favorites was of the blue pineapple.
