There will be a quilt show January 15th & 16th at the Centre Plaza in Modesto. It is held every other year and is usually a very good show with lots of vendors. They have wearable items as well as beautiful quilts. I will be there on the 15th with my mother and sister. For more information:

My husband's aunt, Roxy, Roxanne's Ribbonery, is a vendor and will be participating. She sells crazy quilt patterns and notions. I will be there!

How big is this show usually? Bigger than the Sacramento show?

Please take photos and post them. I grew up and learned to quilt in Modesto and would love to see some of the quilts. My mother taught quilting for many years there. I believe I'm even related to one of the featured quilters.

I have only been to one show in Sacramento and it may have been a bit bigger but not much. Each year is different so it is hard to tell!

I would love to attend also. I'm in Mariposa and go to Stockton every couple of weeks and Modesto is a little more than half way. It would be great if everyone could meet in one place to say hi or have lunch.
