Hi, I am a new comer to the quilting board and live inCambridge in the UK. I do a lot of sewing/quilting/ patchwork etc. but sometimes trying to get hold of the various rulers ,templates etc. can be a problem. For example to get hold of the Simpli EZ bias binding ruler, it comes in a larger than normal packet ,so could end up costiing more than the ruler itself. Does anyone know of a US supplier that supplies to shops etc in the UK??

Hi Chris and Welcome! I haven't seen that ruler. I started out in quilting a long time ago and always used bias to bind my quilts, but in the last couple of years have switched to straight or cross grain binding. It's easier and more economical to cut and I like the smoother look. I still use bias if I'm binding with a stripe, if I want that diagonal striped look.
