My friend and I are planning to do the Peaches to the Beaches yard sale this year. Have any of you other Georgia residents done this? We plan to start in Barnesville and end up in Brunswick. I wondered how heavily attended it is? How bad is the traffic? And what other cool things we might check out while we are in Brunswick.

We have done the 319 yard sale (last year thru Alabama, Tennessee and to the Kentucky border). Traffic is horrible and you better have room reservations or you can't find a place to stay within 60-100 miles of the actual yard sale route.

Thanks

Google worlds largest yard sale. There is one every year that is over 600 miles long and goes from Alabama north through Ohio.

This one (Peaches to the Beaches) starts in Barnesville - thru Colloden, Perry, ending in Brunswick. I have no idea how popular this route is. Trying to decide how far we can do in one day and we want to end up in Brunswick Sunday noonish. I am hoping that someone who lives in that part of Georgia will be familiar with this event.

I live about 45 minutes from Brunswick and I have heard of it but this year is my first time going. I am starting at Brunswick and going the other way for a while and see. Hope we find a lot of good quilting stuff.
