The ohone calls etc did it!!!! Our fabric section was almost shut down, but is now going to restock with all fabrics etc. WE did it. We saved another stores fabric section. This one is in Seymour Indidna.

You are so lucky... I wish they would bring the fabric back
in our area.

we lost the fabric depts here in northern calif over the last couple of years. some have cut it entirely and some have gone to precuts. it is a shame because the majority of the stuff they have now is not very good fabric.

the other thing they have done here is to go to the superstore. what a shame, seems that they have cheapened up almost all their products. also, the selection is reduced. used to shop walmart all the time. now i go maybe once a month.

I like ours, they usually have a good pickens of remnants. They always have a great selection of seasonals.

Our Walmart went to a superstore also... no more fabric.No place close by to even buy a spool of thread anymore. : (

I wish they would at least have a online fabric store...with the in store prices and resonable shipping prices. but I dont see that happening either.

What do u do to try and keep fabric in a wal mart store? It happened here in WI as well. Now the only stores with fabric are the super wally worlds
