Please can someone help me!! Somehow I have changed the way the QB looks, off default, but can't change it back!! Also I cannot put a pic on my name thingy on the left of message!!

try going to Settings/General Settings. scroll way to the bottom and try Reset Fields. if that doesn't work, the one that you want to make sure to activate is WYSIWYG so you can add pictures easily but using the 'tree icon'. be sure to save your settings.
the 'pic on the name thingy' is your Avatar. go to Settings/Edit Avatar. make note of the size limit. please choose a non-animated avatar as the animation causes physical issues for some of our members.
