    Default weekly emails

I just realized that I have not been getting any emails about the 'most talked about subjects' for quite awhile. How do I get signed up to receive weekly emails so I can keep up with you guys?

all system generated emails are malfunctioning.
tech support is aware and working to identify the cause so they can fix it.

in the meantime (and for always, really) you absolutely do not need the emails in order to keep up with the QB.

to create quick access to the QB do one or more of the following:
    - make it your browser home page
    - make it a favorite/bookmark in the browser you use most
    - create a desktop shortcut

once you have created your quick access:

    go to "What's New?"
that has always been - and will always be - a more reliable list of new threads and new comments in previous threads.
the list is also tailored to you, so it will list what's new or updated since the last time you used the "What's New?" list.

have you subscribed to specific threads?
    go to Settings.
if there is a little teal circle with two tiny arrows next to a thread title, then it has been updated since the last time you read it.
    click on the little circle.
then you can click the "first unread" to skip straight to the first comment you haven't seen yet.

when i use either "What's New" or the subscriptions list i always right-click on the little circle and open the thread in a new browser tab. that way i can close it when i'm done and go straight back to the list without having to start all over.
