Default How to remove moderated message?

I received a message asking me about a pattern. I replied with info on how to purchase it. I don't know why it was moderated and cannot remove it. Any suggestion? It was not thread that I initiated.

put a check in the square box to the top right of the message. then click on the moderation tools to the bottom right for the choices of what to do with it.

Practicing here, but still looking for the moderation tools, can't find the box in the upper right either.

Jane Quilter, I think it has to be in a message, not a regular post-maybe.

I don't see a square either. Where do we look for the square?

I think the mix up is that I received a 'moderated visitor message". This is not the same as a post or a private message. Since I deleted it, I cannot take a screen shot to show you what I did!

Didn't Work. Now have 5 messages that need deleting. These are NOT in the normal inbox. I have no idea why they are not, or what causes them to default into a weird place.

I tried to delete, it says deleted.. however they are still there. HELP.....

I MIGHT HAVE FIGURED IT OUT - maybe. I went into my general settings and the Private Message had the circle highlighted. Check that out and see if it stops them Not sure how to remove the ones that are there though.
