Default Messages are slow...

Maybe it is just my server, but the messages on this board via the daily digest are not really up to date...I have seen the same topic titles for the second day now...has anyone else had this too?

I just looked at my post on the Home page and it is timed at 4:48am. No way.......I did that post about 7:45 am....how come the time is so different. Where is this coming from?

Maybe your time is being stamped for a different time zone? Also, I use the site map version of topics, because then I see newest first, and after viewing, the link changes color. When I look at the regular version of the board, anything with a new comment jumps to the top and I have a hard time remembering if I've read it or not...

the server is, i believe, in California. so if you don't have your settings for local time zone, there will be a difference. i don't want to change the settings, so i just remember to figure the time zone on my own.

I had the same problem. Then I found out that if I go to the "What's New" at the top, it's posted correctly. But I still may not be doing it right. I have a tendency to ask for directions after everything else has failed unless I have a map right in front of me and if I have no time to dilly dally.

Ok! I have been doing it right and the time change does make a difference. No worries from this end. Thanks.
