not receiving the threads in email.

Its been over a week since I received any posts. I even check my spam every day. How do I get the postings now in my email ?

This is a frequent issue/post.

An easy work around is to save the QB as a bookmark/favorites. Then click What's New which goes directly to the most recent posts. This is how I get my QB fix every day.

I don't sign out. I have an icon on my list so I just click on it and it takes me right here. I don't know if it makes a difference but I have a Mac. Probably not.
