Hope this helps jog your memory. It took me awhile to post mine as well.
!. go to pictures
2. click Post New Thread
3. post title, then message
4. scroll down Additional Options
5. Click Manage Attachments
6. follow instruction given her. \ please wait will show up /
sometimes takes awhile to get the image.
7. when done you can review post
8. post you thread
