Board Problems

In this thread:
https://www.quiltingboard.com/member...r-t302395.html
I can't advance from page 40 to see page 41, the current last page in that thread. It keeps reopening on 40.

Also, getting on the board from my phone has suddenly changed. Every time I try, I have to click on "full site", then go through the sign in process and "accept cookies". Never had to do this before, as I stayed logged in. Even when I check "remember me", it doesn't. :(

I don't know if this will help - can you click on this link? https://www.quiltingboard.com/member...302395-41.html I have sometimes gone to the address bar and change the number after the hyphen and before the "dot"html

Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do.

I just tried it and it worked fine for me. I could go from 40 to 41. I'm on a laptop using Firefox.

Since one can adjust the number of posts per page in their settings, it is best to reference a post # instead; my page 40 is different from yours. And whenever one is posting about difficulties with the QB, it is best to reference what device you are using along with the operating system and browser... there are soooooo many these days.

HP Pavillion laptop, Windows 10. Page 41 was the last page in the thread. It wouldn't let me go to the last page, just the second to the last (page 40). Post #1000 is the last post I can see, but there are more.

Can you also help me with the problem I am having getting on with my Iphone? I have to log in every time, and choose "full site". This has been going on for about a week. It won't keep me logged in, even tho I never logged out.

I tried your trick, but it didn't work. Still will not go past 40 to 41 for me...
Thanks for the suggestion, tho.

No issues here with the pages 40 & 41. I use HP, office, home and laptop. Did you try a different web browser in the phone and computer? Sometimes the browsers are the issue.

Good luck!

But why now? Been using Firefox forever... I still can't advance past page 40 in the Sooner thread.

Thanks for trying to help.

Do you clear your history on your phone/device? Close out the pages? All the pages visited stay open behind the scenes. It may be remembering from a prior history. I use FF also and no issues.

Did you try a different browser?

tech support cannot replicate the problem.
nobody else has reported the problem.
you are having problems on both your computer and your iPhone.
so, it must be unique to you.

i would do as Rhonda suggests and clear your histories.
you might need to clear your cookies, too.

not sure what to advise about the iPhone.
check to see whether there's a setting that clears your cookies when you exit the browser.

in both cases, after you've checked your browser setting and made any necessary changes, log out of the QB,shut down the browsers, and restart the computer/iPhone.
