How do you remove yourself from the Quiltingboard forums?

Click on Quick links in the above bar, go to Subscribed Threads, then check the box of the ones you want to unsubscribe to. At the bottom of the list of threads is a drop down box it says Move to Folder... click on the drop down arrow and select Delete Subscription.
