CissiK

I got a PM from this member (?) about a featherweight and indicated she/he lived in my region.
they haven't made any posts, and I sold my FW long ago.
I didn't respond in any way other than this.
Pisher?

KalamaQuilts and QuiltWoman44 ... Agree .. Red Flag!

In CissiK's About Me in their Profile, there is a _Register code.
Interestingly enough, it is the same as shows on CaseB's profile.

No idea what it means, but having never seen it before, I checked a few other, longer term members and the same or similar does not show on their Profiles. It could be that it is something new, but it does leave one to wonder!

that register thing was in several obvious spammers profiles this past year.
I only posted this here in case someone else got PM from them.

It'd be best to report it to the powers that be!!

Yep, thanks for the heads up. The powers that be are here every day aren't they? I think so..

While they may be here, I doubt that they read every post.

What KalamaQuilts mentioned is off-board, so no one else would know.

As Quilting Board Members we each have a responsibility to report our concerns.

sometimes it's buried in posts, sometimes it's hidden like this one and sometimes it's obvious like today's grannyporn.
If we are the first one to see it, use the report button. What surprises me is sometimes they have 2-300 vies before they disappear.

Where is a report button?

It is the red triangle. In private messages the red triangle is on the right side of the bar that has the title of the private message.
