Daily email delivery of QB Digests
 

Are y'all still receiving the daily email with the Quiltingboard Digest ? Mine stopped about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I have sent 3 emails to Tech support about this but I haven't heard back and it hasn't restarted . So now I'm wondering if they just quit ?

Hi there! I don't know about the daily email, but I used to receive a weekly email, on Monday I think, with an article on some aspect or other of quilting. It was always interesting.

This stopped when QB did some major changes in January.

However, since you got your Digest until 3-4 weeks ago, I guess it's not the same situation.

There's a "Help" forum: you might want to ask there. I've noticed that Patrice replies to queries very promptly.

the daily reminder emails still go out.
they no longer lead to a Digest.
they lead to either New Posts or Today's Post.

the folks who work for the owner company are all working from home.
they have to prioritize and might not have complete access to all the different systems that make up their networks and the QB, specifically.
