Fix the newsletter

First, fire the person who repeatedly cannot do their job......then fix the problem with your server!

My goodness. You must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed and spilled your coffee.

Sheri.a 01-17-2016 05:30 AM

Hmmm, working fine for me. What are the problems you see?

Cheryl7758 01-17-2016 05:39 AM

think she is talking about the daily digest newsletter - the link in the newsletter is not working - at least for the past 3 days, very frustrating.

These people work very hard on this maybe if you were polite about it would happen!

Yes it is. I hope it is fixed soon.

Let's remember this is a FREE site. Nobody owes you anything. A little courtesy would go a long way.

I agree. Many you have NOT taken the time to read the previous posts. The QB does NOT produce the Daily Digest. I am sure that PatricaJ has contacted the third party but it is probably NOT an emergency from this 3rd party point of view. With all of these problems, the QB might just sever the connection and terminate the Daily Digest.

It was a very rude post about the newsletter in the Main forum... which would be the wrong forum anyway to inquire about the QB. There is no one on the QB who can fix this. Please read the multitude of other posts about it. And the procedure to inquire about it is also listed in the Help menu.

from a purely technical perspective it should and will get fixed.

however it is not really a problem and certainly doesn't warrant nasty posts.
the digest lists are useless anyway.
they are not the newest threads or comments.
relying on them will only keep a person waaay behind on the newest content.

if you want the computer to choose your reading, then add the "What's New?" page to your browser favorites/bookmarks. that list is customized for each logged in member. it will show the newest threads and "old" threads with the newest comments since the last time you checked that list.
