Geting daily bulletin

I use to get the forum sent to me daily. What happened? How do I start getting it again as I really miss it.

go to Help in the top or bottom menus and click on Contact Information and Procedures

I sent an email to [email protected] letting her know. Was this the correct procedure? I found her info on Help and then on Contact information and procedures as QuiltnNan suggested.
