"Go to page ...."
 

I've seen this pop up and then disappear when I try to go to it to get to the page I want to go to. Instead, I end up going one page at a time to get where I want to be. How do I get this thing to stay put until I can move my mouse so I can put in the page number?

In the little box that has Page xx of xxx, there is a small black down arrow. Click on that. Now it will stay put as you put in the page number that you want :)
