Having to constantly relog in...
 

Hi all,
Anyone else having issues with having to keep logging in?
It may have to do with being on my Kindle??..
I log in, and just about every time I go to post, or go to a different area, I'm automatically logged out.
I'm told "you're not logged in, or you don't have permission to perform...." and or I am kicked back to prior area, and I immediately know I'm not logged in anymore. Sure enough, I have to log in again.

The main part that's frustrating is when I'm typing a pm, when I go to send it, it won't send because it wants me to log in again. After I do, all or part of my pm is gone. And auto save doesn't show up.

Also if I try using the mobile version here, I haven't found where we can post pics that way??..
If there is a way, maybe only using the mobile version instead of full site will help.

I'm just a creature of habit..I prefer the full site version.

But my IT son tells me not everything can be accessed on a mobile device unless you use the mobile version...Ahh, to be young and "with it". ;)

I have the "remember me" checked, so that's not it.

Lastly, a big thank you to the volunteers who run this amazing board for us!! I know it can't be easy, and I do appreciate each of you.

Had to log in 3 times to get my above post posted...

I've had that issue more with my desktop computer, believe it or not, than my tablet. The phone is too little for me to be able to read the board! In the case with my computer, I'm convinced it was the software I was using to access the internet (Internet Explorer). I now use Mozilla Firefox and have no issues with that. My tablet just updated it's software and there are all kinds of things I don't know how to do now. I really hate icons. Why can't we just use words? It took me about 3 days to figure out which stupid little icons meant 'send' and 'delete' in my email!

I have the same problem on my regular computer. s'up?????

I'm having the same problem! I can't go to a link and return without having to log in again! Had to log in just to post this! HELP!

I am having the same problem, and it is very frustrating.

No problem on the iPad which I mostly use. If I go to the 'regular' PC, then I have to log in.

Well since its not just people on a mobile device that blows my theory.
I'm sorry to hear others have the same issue, and I feel your pain, it IS frustrating.
But I love QB, and I know the moderators and tech support do the best they can.
