Having problems with my newsletter
 
For the past few day, when I try to open my Quilting Board Daily Digest, it brings up an AVG page with no link to the digest. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've not changed any of my AVG program and the Digest has always opened up easily for me.

Anyone else having the same problem or is it JUST me?

You guys are veterans of this board and should know that the management has not control over the Daily Digest. It is created by a third party. Too bad we don't have access to their email address so you could send your complaints to them instead. :)

OK so it is a third party......how about sharing the link to get them to fix the problem? We know our quilt board host is not responsible, so let us know what email to use to communicate with their IT dept.

Same problem and hoping whomever manages the Board will fix it like they did in the past. I think we all know we can access from another angle but it is more of a hassle.

When this happens as it has for me right now, I click the "PIctures of Quilts" and then in the new screen click on "What's New" This gives me all the new items together but its better than nothing till the site gets fixed again. Seems to happen a couple times a year for me.

If others are having the same problem as I posted above, then how do we rectify this? I understand the QB isn't responsible but the QB should have the power to contact the persons responsible to fix this problem so we can again enjoy our daily digest.

I agree with you Roberta, I can't open the daily digest either. Hope the QB can get on this and get the problem resolved.

Me too. I go to Resources and get a smaller summary until they get it fixed. It's happened a couple of times before.

how do we access it from another angle, I have not been able to figure that out

I'm having the same problem and it has taken me days to figure out how to get to this page and hope I remember the next time. I have a lot of daily's I haven't seen so am disappointed

I haven't gotten an e-mail in over a week either and that didn't work. So I just go thru my favorites to get here. I am sure the folks here are now aware of the problem and will work with the responsible party to get it fixed.
