HElp how do I get my email off?
 

Hello everyone, how do I get my email address off the posts? I would like a screen name to show up, not my email, I must not have set up my account right at the beginning? But I have gone through every edit place I can find and I cannot find a place to edit my user name. Can anyone help me with this? I have emailed someone several times and no answer. Hoping someone on here is more computer savvy than I am. Thank you so much Rachel

I appears you have listed your email address as your screen name. Not sure if you can change this 'settings' or not. Look around. Otherwise, yes, you will probably have to PM one of the Moderators.

You might have to set up a new account. I seem to recall something once that screen names couldn't be changed, but best to check with a moderator to be sure.

I usually write to new members who use their email as a user name... it cannot be changed by the member. you would have to write down your password so that you do not forget it. you then have to send an email to [email protected]. you must give her your old member name and the new member name you want to use. you also have to provide the reason that it should be changed. not all requests are granted. if granted, she will email you back with your new user name. then use that and your old password to sign on again.
