Help posting - iPad and Mac

I have been attempting to post a picture and it keeps failing. I went to the help section and it stated to click on the tree like icon I do not see this on my iPad or computer (mac). I did however click on advanced submit and followed the instructions and still failed on the iPad and computer the file is a jpg. I also tried converting the file to a PDF with no avail. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks a bunch & enjoy!

Get the Image Size app for the IPad. Go to it. Adjust the pixels to 480 width by 640 length. Click on the upper left. Get photo. Click on the bottom left to save. This new size will be your last photo in Photos. Go to QB. Click on square on right side of icons in Quick Reply. Click on “from computer”. Go to your photos and get the last photo.

Works for me. Hope I got all the steps. I couldn’t post for about a year until someone here mentioned Image Size app.

Just reread. My pics are not in jpg so I don’t know if it will work.

I use Photo Shop Express (PS Express) on my Ipad which allows you to resize photos in your library. Once you have chosen a size (medium usually works) you save the “new” sized image to your library and it allows you to post on the QB.
