Help posting a picture
 

I really need help to post a picture. I have followed the steps given (in HELP) over and over again but have been unsuccessful. There's no icon for "attaching an image" anywhere as in the instructions.

Did you just join? If so you need to contact CS, the same thing happened to me and they had to fix it.

No, but this is the first time I have tried to post a picture at this new format.

I would contact them, I think they are having some issues with some people. I couldn't post an avatar or a photo and I see you don't have an avatar either. I they had me give them all this information about my setup, computer etc. Then they told me it was on my end. So I set up another account and it worked fine. Contacted them again and have not had a reply.

First thing to check.....go in to your general settings, and make sure that the box for WYSIWYG is checked under misc settings/message editor interface. If it's not, check it, and then be sure to scroll down and hit "save changes".

See if that gives you the ability to attach images.

don't forget, also, to check the size of the file you are trying to upload.
if it's too big, it will fail.

These instructions have worked for me. Give them a try.
Make sure you have resized your photos - if they won't upload then they are too big.
Go to Manage attachments at the bottom of the page.
Go to Upload Files from your computer
Click Browse
Select Photo & hit Upload
Wait for upload - then close that window
You pic link should be in Attachment box
Add your message & voila, it should work. Hope this works for you. Good luck.
