I can't figure out how to put a profile picture on mine
 

If there was somewhere else I was suppose to look for help just direct me.

click on Settings in the top menu, on the left side choose edit profile picture and follow the instructions

Thank you I was looking in the wrong place.

And I still did it wrong. I uploaded it, but I still don't have one when I post.

Try making the picture smaller. I use Paint and always decrease by 50%.
