I'm perplexed! What happened to a specific post in ISO section?
 

On a separate thread we talked about how wonderful this board is. I forgot to mention how much I love the variety topics/sections, which prompted me to ask this question.
In the "ISO" section of the Members Sale/Trade....category, someone had requested the name/designer of a quilt she posted. I have the said patterns & posted the name & designer.
Now, the post is gone as well as anything else related to it.
I'm curious as to why this occurred. Was there a violation of rules/guidelines? I'm not upset by any means, just curious as I've said. Not a day goes by that we don't learn something so I'm wondering what we can learn from this.

I think only mods can delete posts completely, which one disappeared?

It may be the way the post was worded that violated the rules. The original poster would have received a PM as to the reason why.
