I am receiving QB messages lacking live links to subscribed threads. See entire message below.

Note

1-the SENDER line "via"
2-the message is not coming as encrypted.
3-no links are included in message

Are these legitimate emails from QB?

this has already been asked and answered.

they are legitimate.
they are also broken.

tech support is working this bug along with a few others let loose by the recent software upgrade.

in the meantime, in order to see which - if any - of your subscribed threads have been updated:

Go to either "Settings" or “What’s New”.

Next to the title of updated threads you will see a tiny teal circle with two little arrows.
Click on that to go straight to the first comment post you haven’t yet read.

I usually right-click and open it in a new tab on my browser.
That way I can just close that tab and go back to the list without starting that over.
