I can't figure out how to 'get into' Live Chat. I can't even see what's going on there, even though I 'm listed as being there. help!

When is the chtting room is open and lab lab laaaaa is going on please highlighting the up bar so the member can click an in, whatever she is searching or checking

the Live Chat is open 24/7. I don't really use it myself, but if you go there and jump in with a question, i'm sure that someone will help you.

Clicking on the chat room and it says that I'm "there" but I may be invisible??? So...how do I change my status so that I am not invisible.... and if I do that..... will I then be able to see & participate in the live chat?
