Moderator Help Please
 

I have an Unapproved Visitor Message in my notifications and have no idea how to delete it. Can one of the moderators do it for me?
It's been going on over 20 days since I've received The Quilting Board in my daily e-mails. even though I've written twice and sent all the information that was requested to "fix" my account. I've been forced to "google" each day to read the forum. This is getting old with me. Can't someone please help??

Linda, Sorry for your troubles. Not sure why you have to search for QB every day. You can easily save QB as a favorite/bookmark. One click takes you to the forum. Another click to What's New and all the latest post are there for you. Hope that helps!

Information about Visitor Messages and more can be found under the Help link at the top of every page.

Visitor messages are public comments posted on a member’s profile pages. To post a message, click on the 'Visitor messages' tab, and use the form at the top of the section. You will only be able to use certain formatting in these messages, as described underneath the edit box. This message can be viewed by all visitors to this profile. To communicate privately with a member, send a Private Message instead.

Visitor messages can be edited or deleted by site moderators or the member who owns the profile. If you see a visitor message that is not appropriate, you can alert the moderators by clicking on the 'Report' link. The 'View Conversation' link allows you to view all visitor messages between the member and the owner of the profile.
