I've been having difficulty with private message. I respond and my response is not there. HELP PLEASE, Ive sent out 2 messages for help with no luck yet :(

Could it be her inbox is full and she has not deleted any of her old messages? Or is she just not answering?

No it happened to too many responses different recipients. Im replying to them, I choose "reply to private message",I go underneath previous post and start typing there. Is that wrong? Actually it didnt seem to matter what I did, it still was not posting my reply. Recipients just kept getting their own message back. I feel like an idiot :(

I feel your pain, I have a message that keeps showing up and I have no idea how to remove it - I have responded and no longer need the original message.

Sometimes, I feel so "computer stupid"!

I'm on the other end of her private messages! I just get back my own message. We finally connected but it was frustrating!

try sending a message to [email protected] or [email protected] for help

helping with this will be tricky because i'm not with you to watch as you go through the steps.

i am going to send you a private message. please reply to that message as you would normally do for any other. then i can start gathering clues to help you. :)
